Our Handcrafted Promise: Processing Time

Each Storytime Scarves toy is handcrafted with intention, just for you. Please allow 5-6 business days for us to lovingly create, prepare, and package your order for its journey.

Delivery Within the UK

We entrust your special delivery to Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For service.

Timeline: We believe in slow, meaningful craft. Because each of our storytelling toys is printed to order to reduce waste and hand-packaged with care in the UK, they take a little longer to reach you. Your journey together will begin in 6–8 days.

Tracking: This is a tracked service requiring a signature upon delivery, ensuring your heirloom arrives safely in your hands. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Cost: We offer a flat delivery rate of £3.50 for all UK orders.

Packaging with Purpose

Your storytelling toy will arrive nestled in beautiful, plastic-free packaging made from recycled and FSC-certified materials. We believe the story of our planet is one we all share, and our packaging reflects that commitment.

Navigating Delays

While we always dispatch orders promptly, external factors like severe weather or Royal Mail industrial action can cause delays. During such events, we monitor the situation closely and may use alternative couriers to keep your story moving.

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to share our stories further afield in the future!
