My Special Suitcase Adventure Prize Draw T&Cs

1. Eligibility: a. This prize draw is open to attendees of the "JUST VIBEZ Carnival DayVibez - DOUBLES AND VIBEZ !!!!" event (referred to in the associated A4 handout as the Trinidad Family Day event) on June 1, 2025, who have completed the "My Special Suitcase Adventure" activity sheet. b. Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, on behalf of a child (aged 2-10 for this competition) who has completed the drawing. c. Employees of StoryTime Scarves or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter. d. One entry per child. Multiple entries from the same child (even if submitted by different accounts) will result in disqualification of all entries for that child. e. Requires an active Instagram account (that is set to public for the duration of the competition and winner selection period) and internet access.

2. Competition Period: a. The prize draw will run for one week, starting from Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 09:00 PM BST. b. The closing date for entries is Sunday, June 8, 2025, at 11:59 PM BST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: a. Entrants (parent/guardian) must take a clear photograph of their child's completed "My Special Suitcase Adventure" drawing from the activity sheet. b. Upload the photograph to their personal Instagram account as a feed post. c. The Instagram post must tag the official StoryTime Scarves Instagram account: @storytimescarves. d. The Instagram post must include the hashtag: #MySpecialSuitcase. e. No purchase is necessary to enter, but the activity sheet must have been obtained from the StoryTime Scarves stall at the "JUST VIBEZ Carnival DayVibez - DOUBLES AND VIBEZ !!!!" event on June 1, 2025.

4. The Prize: a. There will be one (1) winner. b. The winner will receive one (1) "Windrush Rhythms Story Pack, Early Years Educational Resource – Storytime Scarves". c. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative. d. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar or greater value in the event the original prize is not available.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: a. One (1) winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place within three (3) working days of the closing date. b. The winner will be announced via a post or story on the StoryTime Scarves Instagram page (@storytimescarves) within five (5) working days of the closing date. c. The parent/guardian who submitted the winning entry will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the @storytimescarves account. Entrants should ensure they are able to receive Direct Messages from @storytimescarves. d. The winner must respond to the Instagram Direct Message within seven (7) days of notification to confirm eligibility and provide their full name and UK postal address for prize delivery. e. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, or fails to provide the requested information, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner and draw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

6. Publicity and Data Protection: a. By entering this prize draw, entrants (parents/guardians) grant StoryTime Scarves a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the submitted photograph of the child’s drawing for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, re-sharing the tagged post on StoryTime Scarves' social media channels (including Instagram, Facebook), website, and in other marketing materials. b. The Promoter will only use personal data supplied (such as Instagram handle, name, and address of the winning parent/guardian) for the administration of the prize draw and for prize fulfillment, and for no other purpose unless explicit consent is given. The winner’s Instagram handle may be published on StoryTime Scarves’ social media when announcing the winner. The Promoter may request explicit permission from the parent/guardian if wishing to publish any further identifiable information relating to the child (e.g., child's first name or age alongside the drawing).

7. General Conditions: a. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this prize draw, and no correspondence will be entered into. b. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. This may include requesting proof of attendance at the event or age of the child. c. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this prize draw’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. d. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, corrupted or undeliverable entries, or any technical failures, errors, or delays with Instagram or internet access. e. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants agree to release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this prize draw. f. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this prize draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. g. By entering this prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law: a. This prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
